Hello There!
My name is Lauren Staley. Thank you for visiting my site! I am a group fitness instructor, health coach, wife and mother of four (one happens to have fur). Prior to having my first son, I was teaching 10-12 classes a week, including dance aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, strength training, interval training, and warm water therapy. Now that I am a full time momma, my schedule has changed quite a bit, but I still have a calling to help others feel physically and mentally great through movement. Now that I have navigated through a pre/postnatal body, I have been especially driven to help mommas feel confident and capable despite all the changes these miraculous bodies go through. In addition, I am pelvic floor health advocate and don’t think these muscles are talked about enough!
I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise. Through the international yoga school, YogaFit, I earned my 200 hours (which included certifications for Prenatal Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga for Pelvic Floor Performance) and I obtained a 100 hour trauma aware certification. I am also a certified Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor.
